He earned PhDs in physical chemistry (1957) from Columbia University and in colloid science (1960) from University of Cambridge. From 1968 to 2011 he taught as an Associate Professor at Columbia University, where he now acts as a special lecturer. He published his first article in 1998, and continued his research with over 30 peer reviewed publications on the subject of the health effects associated with EMR.
Dr Blank has served as an invited expert regarding EMF safety for Canadian Parliament, for the House Committee on National Resources and Energy (HNRE) in Vermont, and for Brazil’s Supreme Federal Court.
Dr Blank feels the ubiquity of EMR reactions with DNA and the low observed reaction thresholds indicate the need for greater caution and control over the spread of EMR in the environment. He will cover these biological effects and the details of the Precautionary Principle we need to adopt to protect ourselves and our families in his interview on the EMF Summit.Click here for a copy of Over Powered
